COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You do not need to give the reason for the return but we will be grateful for any comments.

The condition for returning the goods is enclosing the statement of withdrawal from the contract.

Returned merchandise must be without signs of use and unpacking.

The deadline for refunding a payment to a bank account is up to 14 calendar days.

Return procedure:

Please print and complete the application form, which along with the returned goods and confirmation of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice) must be sent to the address of the company (with the note RETURN FASKLEP):

COMPLAINTS

If the purchased product has a defect, you can submit a complaint in which you specify your demands for bringing the goods into compliance with the contract (by repair or replacement) or refund of all paid cash.

Complaints procedure:

Please print and complete the complaint form, which along with the advertised goods and confirmation of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice) must be sent to the address of the company (with the note: COMPLAINT FASKLEP):

Goods sent for complaints should have accurately described complained defects.

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the day the complaint is filed by the Buyer.

We will inform you by e-mail about the method of handling the complaint. In the event that the complaint is considered justified, we will comply with any claim claims in accordance with applicable law.
