Lipo. Food supplement. Contains caffeine (100 mg / daily serving 3 tablets); not recommended for children or pregnant women. Product supplementing the diet with minerals and plant extracts, recommended for adults, sportsmen under strenuous training and for people maintaining an active lifestyle.

Ingredients: L-carnitine tartrate, bulking agent (E460(i)), plant complex [guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth.; standardised to 22 % caffeine), green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.)); standardised to 50 % epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG)), ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe; standardised to 5 % gingerols), capsicum fruit extract (Capsicum annuum (L.)) standardised to 1% capsaicin], L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents (E470b, E551), sodium selenite, chromium (III) chloride.

Recommended daily intake: Take 3 tablets a day (before training or before a meal). Do not take within 4 hours before sleep.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. Keep out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed a dose of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. Do not consume with alcohol. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. If you take medications, you should consult your doctor before you consume the product. May contain cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin and molluscs.

Best before end, batch number (see on the front of the container).  Store in a dry place, at room temperature (15-25°C). Protect against light. Do not freeze.
