Ingredients: Beta-alanine, citrulline malate, betaine anhydrous, creatine monohydrate, tyrosine, choline bitartrate, anti-caking agent (E551), caffeine anhydrous, flavourings^1,3,11, L-theanine [green tea leaves extract (Camellia sinensis L.); standarized to 99% L-theanine], acids (E330, E296), flavourings^{2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10}, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), niacin (nicotinic acid), red beet juice concentrate^{2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10}, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia), salt, colour/s (E160a^1,2,3,5,8, E163^4,10, E104¹, E132¹¹). E104 – May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~1/2 scoop of powder (4,5 g) with 100-150 ml of water. Drink 1 portion in the morning and 1 portion 30-45 minutes before workout.
