Good Night. Food supplement. A tablet product containing, a.o. choline bitartrate and melatonin, intended for adults. *Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

Ingredients: bulking agents (E460(i), E170), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), choline bitartrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, maltodextrin, ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.; 1,5% withanolides), L-tryptophan, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents (E470b, E551), zinc gluconate, L-tyrosine, niacin (nicotinic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.

Recommended daily intake: Take one tablet daily before bedtime. Drink with water.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of young children.
