Powder with selected freeze-dried fruits for preparing an energetic carbohydrate meal, intended for adults who have performed highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. *Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The benecial effect is obtained with theconsumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Ingredients: rice flour (96%), freeze-dried fruits [blackcurrant¹ (2%), apple² (1,25%), cherry² (0,75%), raspberry³ (2%), banana⁴ (2%)], flavourings, salt, black carrot concentrate^1,2, colour (E160a)⁴, sweetener (sucralose).

The measure included in the packet serves to facilitate portioning, but it does not guarantee precise dosing. It is advisable to use scales in order to measure out the exact amount.
