RETURN

You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the package.
You do not have to provide the reason for the return, however, we will be grateful for any comments.
The condition for returning the goods is enclosing a statement of withdrawal from the contract.
Returned goods must be without any signs of use or unpacking.
The deadline for returning payments to a bank account is up to 14 calendar days.

Return procedure: You should print and complete the application form, which, together with the returned goods and confirmation of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice) must be sent to the Company's address (with the note RETURN FASKLEP):

GOODS COMPLAINTS

If the purchased product has a defect, you can file a complaint in which you specify your requests for bringing the goods to compliance with the contract (by repair or replacement) or to return all cash paid.

Complaint procedure: You should print and complete the complaint form, which, together with the advertised goods and confirmation of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice) must be sent to the Company's address (with the note COMPLAINT FASKLEP):

Goods sent for complaints should have precisely described defects.
You can also submit a complaint by e-mail (bok@fasklep.pl) or by phone: Tel 58 347 06 04.
You can use the out-of-court complaint settlement method.

Complaints are considered within 14 calendar days from the date of submitting the complaint by the Buyer. We will inform you about the complaint handling method by email. In the event that the complaint is considered justified, we will fulfill all claims in accordance with applicable law.
