GUARILLA Creatine Mix 300 g

GUARILLA® CREATINE MIX. Food supplement. With sweeteners. Advanced creatine formula with four different forms of creatine. Designed for adults performing high intensity exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients: Creatine matrix (creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate, magnesium creatine chelate, creatine hydrochloride), acidity regulator (citric acid)^{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11}, flavourings¹², red beet juice concentrate^2,3,12, flavourings^{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10}, flavouring¹¹, salt¹⁰, anti-caking agent (E551), acidity regulator (citric acid)¹², red beet juice concentrate^5,6,7,8,9, black carrot concentrate^3,10,11, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colour [(E160a)^1,2,4,5,8,12, (E132)⁹].

Recommended intake: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5.7 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink before training.
