Ingredients: Amino acids mix (L-leucine, L-glutamine, L-glutamic acid, L-aspartic acid, L-lysine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-threonine, L-proline, L-alanine, L-serine, L-tryptophan, cysteic acid, L-phenyloalanine, L-arginine, L-methionine, L-tyrosine, L-histidine, glycine), beta-alanine, taurine, flavourings⁷ , anti-caking agent (E551), acid/s (citric acid, malic acid^1,2,3,4,6,8), vitamin mix [niacin (nicotinic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)], flavourings^{1,2,3,4,5,6,8}, red beet juice concentrate ^2,4,5,6,7,8, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides^{1,2,3,5,6,7,8}), colour/s (E160a ^1,2,3,5,8, E163⁴ , *E104¹ ).

Recommended use: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (10 g) with 150-200 ml of water. Drink 1 portion before, during or after training.
