Ingredients: Amino acids complex (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine HCl, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan), magnesium salts of citric acid, flavourings, L-glutamine, citrulline malate, acids (citric acid, malic acid), anti-caking agent (E551), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides), red beet juice concentrate2,4,5,6,7, colour/s (E160a1,2,3,5,8, E1634, *E1041, *E1108). *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (15 g) with 300-350 ml of water. Drink 1 portion before, during or after training.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. May contain nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame seeds. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you take medications, you should consult your doctor before you consume the product. Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied diet.
