1. The Organiser of the Promotional Campaign called "Discount Codes" is FITNESS AUTHORITY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Otomin (80-174), at 40 Konna Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000355208, with the following numbers: NIP: 9571037001, REGON: 221006572, BDO: 000051133 (register of entities introducing Goods, Goods in packaging and managing waste), share capital of PLN 16,000,000. 2. These Regulations are addressed both to Customers who are Consumers and to Customers who are not Consumers and who use the Online Store.
3. Acceptance of these Regulations is voluntary, but necessary in order for the Customer to place an Order in the Online Store using a discount code.
4. The Promotional Campaign enables customers of the Online Store to use a discount code in the form of an electronic alphanumeric code with an individual designation:
a. individual combination of letters/numbers/characters;
b. discount code value expressed as a percentage or in zloty (percentage code, amount code);
5. DEFINITIONS. Whenever the following capitalized terms are used in the following parts of the Regulations, they should be understood in the following sense, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
a. DISCOUNT CODE FOR NEW USERS SUBSCRIBED TO THE NEWSLETTER – To receive a discount code for new Newsletter users entitling them to a 10% discount, you must successfully register for the Newsletter in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.fasklep.pl. After successful registration, a welcome email with a discount code will be sent to the email address provided in the Newsletter service. The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotions. The discount value is distributed proportionally across all products in the cart.
b. OCCASIONAL DISCOUNT CODE – A discount code may be periodically awarded by FASKLEP in exchange for user activity, via social media, or as part of temporary promotional campaigns. The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns. The discount value is distributed proportionally across all products in the cart. The discount code value is indicated each time within a given promotional campaign.
c. A DISCOUNT, AMOUNT, OR PERCENTAGE CODE FOR A PRODUCT GROUP entitles you to purchase products from the offer published in the Online Store with the discount included on the coupon or on the promotional campaign label (e.g., by marking products with a specific slogan participating in the campaign, e.g., "Holidays"). The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns.
d. OUR AMBASSADOR'S DISCOUNT, AMOUNT, OR PERCENTAGE CODE entitles you to purchase products from the Online Store at the discount listed on the coupon or promotional label. The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Influencers collaborating with it are marked in accordance with applicable law. The Seller is not responsible for the content and form of Ambassadors' and Influencers' publications outside of the Store's official channels, provided they violate the rules set forth in separate agreements between the Seller and these entities.
7. All discount codes, discounts and promotional campaigns organised in the online store cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to products of the following brands: GEAR and PREMIUM, unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.
8. Products of the GEAR and PREMIUM brands are completely excluded from the possibility of reducing their price using any discount codes (percentage or amount).
9. In the event of a reasonable suspicion that a discount code is being used in a manner inconsistent with these regulations (e.g. mass use of a code from a coupon portal, use by bots), the Seller reserves the right to cancel a given pool of codes or refuse to process an order using such a code, after informing the Customer in advance.
10. The Customer has the right to use the code once or multiple times when making purchases in the Online Store, depending on the type of promotional campaign and discount code.
11. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Discount codes are not means of payment, but only amount or percentage discounts granted by the Organizer of the Promotion.
13. The Customer activates the discount by adding the selected product from the list to the Cart and then entering the discount code in the field provided. After entering the correct code and accepting it, the Customer is granted a discount calculated from the current retail price of the product in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
14. The discount code cannot be used after the expiry date.
15. The discount code cannot be used by an unauthorized person or by a person who has obtained it fraudulently.
16. Goods purchased as part of a promotion may be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Online Store Regulations.
17. In the event of returning goods purchased under a promotion, the Customer will receive a refund of the value of the products shown on the invoice/bill.
18. All complaints regarding defects in goods or their returns when purchasing using a Discount Code will be considered under the general conditions specified in the Regulations of the Online Store.
1 9. In the case of any other legal issues not regulated in these Regulations, the general Regulations of the Online Store shall apply.
20. The Regulations enter into force on 01.06.2026.
