Discount code regulations

General Regulations of the "Discount Codes" Promotional Campaigns, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations

§ 1.

1. The Organizer of the Promotional Campaigns under the name "Discount Codes" ("Promotional Campaigns") is the company under the name of: FITNESS AUTHORITY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Otomin (80-174) at 40 Konna Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000355208, holding the following numbers: NIP: 9571037001, REGON: 221006572, BDO: 000051133, share capital of PLN 16,000,000. ("Organizer"), being the owner of the online store https://fasklep.pl/ .
2. The venue for the Promotional Campaigns is the online store operating at https://fasklep.pl/ (“Online Store”).
3. Promotional Campaigns run from 8:00 a.m. on June 1, 2026, until canceled by the Organizer. Cancellation of Promotional Campaigns will be preceded by notice posted on the Online Store website no later than 14 days before the planned end date.

4. Only adult natural persons with full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as " Customers "), who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code and who make a purchase in the Online Store during the Promotional Campaign period may participate in the Promotional Campaigns. purchasing a product using a discount code.
5. Promotional campaigns do not cover wholesale sales – i.e. purchases of goods with the same product code in excess of 50 pieces.
6. Promotional Campaigns consist in providing customers of the Online Store, under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations or separate regulations of a given promotional campaign, with the possibility of using a discount code entitling them to a percentage or amount discount on the purchase of a product, after the Customer has met the conditions for obtaining a given discount code.

4. The discount code is an electronic alphanumeric code that has an individual designation in the form of an individual combination of letters/numbers/characters and contains the value of the discount code expressed as a percentage (percentage code) or in a monetary amount (amount code).
5. Types of discount codes (“discount code”) and conditions for obtaining them:

a. DISCOUNT CODE FOR NEW USERS SUBSCRIBED TO THE NEWSLETTER - a discount code for new Newsletter users entitling them to a one-time 10% discount. To receive this discount, you must successfully register for the Newsletter , in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.fasklep.pl. After successful registration, a welcome email with a one-time discount code will be sent to the email address provided in the Newsletter service. The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns. The discount value is distributed proportionally across all products in the cart.

b. OCCASIONAL DISCOUNT CODE – a single-use or multi-use discount code provided by the Organizer through the Organizer's media outlets as part of temporary promotional campaigns. The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns. The discount value is distributed proportionally across all products in the cart . The discount code value is indicated in each promotional campaign.

c. DISCOUNT CODE, AMOUNT OR PERCENTAGE FOR A PRODUCT GROUP - a single-use or multi-use discount code awarded by the Organizer for a specific product group, which entitles you to purchase products from the Online Store's offer at a discount specified on the coupon or on the label of a given promotional campaign (e.g., by marking products with a specific slogan participating in the campaign, e.g., "Holidays"). The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns. The discount value is distributed proportionally across all products in the cart.

d. OUR AMBASSADOR'S DISCOUNT, AMOUNT, OR PERCENTAGE CODE - a single-use or multi-use discount code issued by the Organizer, which is made available to Customers by the Organizer's ambassador. The code entitles you to purchase products from the Online Store at the discount listed on the coupon or on the promotional campaign label. The discount code does not include shipping costs and cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns. The discount value is distributed proportionally across all products in the cart.

6. The condition for participation in Promotional Campaigns is that the Customer has a discount code and purchases a product/products through the Online Store using the discount code.
7. Customers bear all costs of participating in Promotional Campaigns themselves.
8. The use of a discount code may be made conditional by the Organizer on the fulfillment of additional conditions, which will be specified each time in separate regulations of a given promotional campaign or in promotional materials relating to a given promotional campaign.
9. The customer activates the discount code by adding the selected product from the list to the cart and then entering the discount code in the designated field. After entering the correct discount code and accepting it, the customer is granted a discount calculated from the current retail price of the product, in accordance with the rules set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
10. A discount code can be used once or multiple times when making purchases in the Online Store, depending on the type of discount code or the specific promotional campaign. This information can be found in the Terms and Conditions, in the separate terms and conditions of a given promotional campaign, or in promotional materials related to that promotional campaign.
11. Promotional campaigns apply only to products available on the website Online Store, excluding GEAR and PREMIUM brand products. GEAR and PREMIUM brand products are excluded from Promotional Campaigns, unless separate terms and conditions for a given promotional campaign state otherwise.
12. Promotional campaigns cannot be combined with discounts offered through the Organizer's loyalty programs, nor with other price/discount promotions available in the Online Store during the Promotional campaign. If other promotions (including discounts) are in effect during the Promotional campaign period, the Customer has the right to choose which promotion they wish to participate in.
13. The discount code cannot be exchanged for a cash or material equivalent.
14. A discount code is not a means of payment, but only an amount or percentage discount granted by the Organizer.
15. The discount code may only be used within its validity period, which will be specified each time by the Organizer in separate regulations of a given promotional campaign or in promotional materials relating to a given promotional campaign.
16. In the event of a reasonable suspicion that a discount code is being used in a manner inconsistent with the Regulations (e.g. mass use of a code from a coupon portal, use by bots), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel a given pool of discount codes or refuse to process an order using such a discount code, after informing the Customer in advance.
17. The Organizer makes every effort to ensure that discount codes distributed by Ambassadors and Influencers collaborating with the Organizer are marked in accordance with applicable law. The Seller is not responsible for the content and form of Ambassadors' and Influencers' publications outside of the Organizer's official media.
18. The Organizer is not responsible for improper use of Promotional Campaigns.
19. Products purchased under Promotional Campaigns may be returned under the terms and conditions specified in the Online Store Regulations available at https://fasklep.pl/pl/podstrona/7-regulamin .
20. In the event of withdrawal from a sales contract concluded under the Promotion, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid for the product, i.e., the price of the product, including the discount amount calculated based on the discount code used by the Customer. In such a case, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the discount code used or its equivalent.

§ 2.

1. The Regulations are effective from 01.06.2026 at 8:00 AM.
2. The regulations are available on the website https://fasklep.pl/ . The Regulations will be made available to all interested parties, upon their request, at the Organizer's office .
3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons in the form of annexes designated by a sequential number and date. However, any amendment to the Regulations does not affect the rights acquired by Customers under Promotional Campaigns prior to the entry into force of the amendment. Amendments will be published on the website https://fasklep.pl/ . The amended Regulations are effective from the date indicated therein, but no earlier than 14 days from the date of their publication, unless the amendment requires its implementation within a shorter period than indicated above due to the need to ensure compliance of the Promotional Campaigns or the Regulations with generally applicable law, or the Organizer is required to do so by a competent public authority.
4. Important reasons for changing the Regulations are:

1. a change in the provisions of generally applicable law in Poland or the issuance of a ruling, decision, interpretation, guidelines or other acts by an authorized public authority, resulting in the need to adapt the Regulations to them,
2. changes to the manner or scope of the provision of services by the Organizer, including the manner of making the discount code available to Customers and the use of discount codes,
3. changing the identification data, contact details, e-mail addresses of the Organizer and links included in the Regulations,
4. the need to remove or correct unclear, incorrect or questionable wording, as well as typographical errors,
5. the need to counteract or prevent violations of the Regulations or abuses in the scope of participation in Promotional Campaigns,
6. changes to the technical conditions for the provision of services electronically, including the optimization or modernization of the Online Store's IT systems, the introduction of new tools or software, as well as the need to increase the level of Customer security or protection against cyber threats.

5. Making a purchase in the Online Store using a discount code during the Promotional Campaign constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.
6. In matters not regulated in the Regulations and the Regulations of the Online Store available in the tab at https://fasklep.pl/ the provisions of generally applicable law in Poland apply.
7. The Organizer is the controller of Customers' personal data. Detailed information regarding the processing of Customers' personal data can be found on the Organizer's website, in the tab at: https://www.fanutrition.pl/pl/rodo/ .

§ 3.

8. Any complaints or claims regarding the use of Promotional Campaigns may be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: bok@fasklep.pl or in writing to: FITNESS AUTHORITY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Otomin, ul. Konna 40, 80-174 Otomin.
9. All complaints regarding defects of products purchased using a discount code will be considered under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations of the Online Store available at https://fasklep.pl/pl/podstrona/7-regulamin .
10. A complaint or claim should include: the Client's name and surname, mailing address (or email address), and a description of the circumstances giving rise to the complaint or claim. To expedite the complaint processing, please provide a description of the reasons justifying the complaint.
11. Complaints and claims will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt by the Organizer. The Client will be notified of the outcome in the manner chosen by the Client. If the Client fails to specify a method, contact will be made via email or in writing, at the Organizer's discretion. The complaints procedure adopted by the Organizer does not in any way violate the Client's rights under applicable law, including the right to pursue claims through court proceedings.
12. The Organizer informs that the Controller of personal data disclosed in connection with filing a complaint or claim (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") is Fitness Authority® Sp. z o. o.
13. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of processing, including responding to, a complaint or claim (legitimate interest of the controller).
14. Individuals filing a complaint have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer, and object to their personal data. These rights can be exercised by sending an email to bok@fasklep.pl or in writing to: FITNESS AUTHORITY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Otomin, ul. Konna 40, 80-174 Otomin.
15. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the above-mentioned persons have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
16. Providing personal data including name, surname and correspondence address is voluntary, but necessary to enable the complaint or claim to be considered.
17. The data controller will not make automated decisions based on the personal data provided. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
18. Personal data may be made available to persons who perform activities related to sales and running the Online Store on behalf of the Organizer.
19. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the complaint procedure and may also be processed for the purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending against claims during the limitation period for such claims.
