RULES of the "Bicycle Set" Promotion

hereinafter referred to as the " Regulations ", of 2 April 2026, with the following content:

§ 1

1. The organizer of the promotion entitled "Bicycle Set" ("Promotion") is the company under the name of: FITNESS AUTHORITY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Otomin (80-174) at ul. Konna No. 40, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000355208, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9571037001, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 221006572, share capital PLN 16,000,000.00 ("Organizer"), being the owner of the online store https://fasklep.pl/ .
2. The Promotion venue is the online store operating at https://fasklep.pl/ .
3. The promotion starts on April 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM and lasts until further notice. or while supplies last. The promotion applies only to products available on the website. https://fasklep.pl/ .
4. The condition for participation in the Promotion is to purchase the BIKE SET product via the online store at https://fasklep.pl/ .
5. The promotion cannot be combined with discounts granted under the loyalty programs of the Organizer, nor can it be combined with other price/discount promotions valid in the online store at https://fasklep.pl/ during the Promotion period. If other promotions (including discounts) are in effect during the Promotion period, the Customer has the right to choose which promotion they wish to take advantage of.
6. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
7. The Organizer is not responsible for improper use of the Promotion.
8. The promotion is aimed at store customers https://fasklep.pl/ who are consumers within the meaning of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and does not include wholesale.
9. The Promotion provides the Participant with a discount on two products when purchasing a BIKE SET: a) Carborade Recovery Bar 40g and b) FA Water Bottle 600ml new black/white. The discount will be applied automatically, without the Participant needing to enter any additional discount codes.
10. Only adult natural persons with full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as " Participant "), who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code and who make a purchase in the online store during the Promotion period may participate in the Promotion. https://fasklep.pl/ purchase of the Bicycle Set.
11. The Promotion Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times during its validity period, provided that the conditions specified in these Regulations are met each time.
12. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer will be refunded the amount constituting the value paid by him, i.e. the price including the discount.
13. Partial withdrawal by the Customer from the sales contract concluded as part of the Promotion may result in the loss of the discount granted. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer is obligated to return all products awarded as part of the Promotion, including products they would not have received had they entered into the sales contract without purchasing the promotional product, i.e., the Bicycle Set from which they are withdrawing. The provisions of point 13 do not apply to withdrawal from the sales contract based on the warranty for defects. The right to withdraw from the contract may be granted by the Organizer in other cases expressly specified in separate regulations.

§ 2

1. The regulations are available on the website https://fasklep.pl/ . The Regulations will be made available to all interested parties, upon their request, at the Organizer's office.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations. Any changes will be announced on the website. https://fasklep.pl/ .
3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Promotion without giving reasons.
4. Participants are responsible for all costs of participating in the Promotion.
5. Making a purchase on the website https://fasklep.pl/ during the Promotion period constitutes acceptance of the Regulations.
6. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the applicable provisions of law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Regulations of the online store at https://fasklep.pl/ .
7. The Organizer is the controller of Participants' personal data. Detailed information regarding the processing of Participants' personal data can be found on the Organizer's website, in the tab at: https://www.fanutrition.pl/pl/rodo/ .
8. The duration of the Promotion is specified in advance in the Regulations, but may be subject to change, including for reasons attributable to the Organizer.

§ 3

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted, in particular, electronically to the following email address: bok@fasklep.pl. To expedite the complaint processing, please provide a description of the reasons justifying the complaint. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of their receipt by the Promotion Organizer. The complaints procedure adopted by the Promotion Organizer does not in any way violate the rights granted to Promotion Participants under generally applicable law, including the possibility of pursuing claims through legal proceedings.
