PN Creatine monohydrate. Food supplement. Supplementing the diet with creatine, recommended for adults performing high intensity exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, benefficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5 g) with 150-250 ml of water, drink ½ serving before and ½ serving after training.
