Ingredients: plant complex [dandelion root extract (Taraxacum o_cinale Web), uve ursi root extract (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi L.), guarana seeds extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth; 22% ca_eine), nettle root extract (Urtica dioica L.), buchu leaves powder (Agathosma betulina (P. J. Bergius) Pillans)], bulking agent (E460(i)), vitamin-mineral complex [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)], maltodextrin, firming agents (E463, E466), anti-caking agents (E551, E470b, E553b), colour (E172).

Recommended daily intake: Take 1 tablet three times a day, drink with water.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed a dose of 400 mg of ca_eine per day from all sources. Do not consume with alcohol. Keep out of reach of young children. If you take medications, you should consult your doctor before you consume the product.

Best before end, batch number (see on the bottom of the container). Store in a dry place, at room temperature (15-25°C). Protect against light. Do not freeze.
