Not recommended for children or pregnant women. PM Formula is a set of  vitamins and minerals designed to give your body the best night’s rest. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is  obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Vitamin B6, C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

INGREDIENTS:

AM Formula: Calcium salts of  orthophosphoric acid, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze), bulking agent (E460(i)), starch, guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth), ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer),  vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), spirulina powder (Arthrospira platensis), magnesium oxide, ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), cayenne pepper powder (Capsicum annuum L.), flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), soy lecithin (Glycine max (L.) Bunge), kola seeds extract (Cola acuminata Schott e Endl.), para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), niacin (nicotinamide), potassium chloride, pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate,  calcium), vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate), copper sulfate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), manganese sulfate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), sodium selenite, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin K (phytomenadione), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, chromium chloride, D-biotin, anti-caking agents (E470b, E551).

PM Formula: Bulking agent (E460(i)), BCAA 2:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), starch, L-glutamine, magnesium oxide, L-arginine, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), beta-alanine, L-ornithine hydrochloride, alpha lipoic acid, common hop flower extract (Humulus lupulus L.), chamomile extract (Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert), melissa leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.), zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin, anti-caking agents (E470b, E551).

RECOMMENDED USE:

AM Formula: Take 3 tablets after breakfast with water.
PM Formula: Take 3 tablets before sleep with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
