REGULAMIN AKCJI PROMOCYJNEJ "PROMOCJA BLACK FRIDAY - BLACK WEEKEND"

§1 POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

1. Promocja pod nazwą "PROMOCJA BLACK FRIDAY - BLACK WEEKEND", zwana dalej Promocją jest organizowana na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i prowadzona przez Fitness Authority Sp. z o.o. w Otominie.

2. Organizatorem promocji oraz fundatorem nagród jest Fitness Authority Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Otominie (80-174) przy ul. Konnej 40, wpisaną do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego Rejestru prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku, VII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS pod numerem KRS: 0000355208, NIP: 9571037001; REGON: 221006572.

3. Promocja skierowana jest do klientów sklepu internetowego www.fasklep.pl

4. Niniejszy Regulamin reguluje zasady organizacji Promocji.

§4 REKLAMACJE

1. Reklamacje co do przebiegu Promocji mogą być zgłaszane mailowo na adres bok@fasklep.pl.

2. Reklamacje rozpatrywać będzie Komisja w terminie 14 (czternastu) dni od dnia ich otrzymania.

3. Komisja będzie rozpatrywać reklamacje Uczestników Promocji na podstawie Regulaminu.

4. Decyzja Komisji w sprawie reklamacji jest ostateczna, o sposobie rozpatrzenia reklamacji Uczestnik Promocji zostanie powiadomiony informacją e-mail przesłaną na adres email, z którego została zgłoszona reklamacja.

§5 OCHRONA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

1. Dane osobowe Uczestników Promocji będą przetwarzane w celach przeprowadzenia Promocji a także dla celów marketingowych Organizatora.

2. Dane osobowe uczestników Promocji będą wykorzystywane zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w ustawie z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (tekst jednolity: Dz. U. z 2002 r., Nr 101 poz. 926). Administratorem danych osobowych jest Organizator.

3. Administratorem danych osobowych Uczestników Promocji jest Fitness Authority Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Otominie 80-174, ul. Konna 40.

§6 POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. Niniejszy regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 24.11.2017 r.

2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy Kodeksu Cywilnego.

3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo wprowadzenia zmian w niniejszym Regulaminie, w każdym czasie bez podania przyczyny. Zmiany w regulaminie nie mogą jednak naruszać praw nabytych przez Uczestników Promocji.

4. Wszelkie spory między Organizatorem Promocji i jego Uczestnikami będą rozpatrywane przez sąd właściwy dla siedziby Organizatora.

5. Materiały reklamowe Promocji mają jedynie charakter informacyjno-promocyjny. Wiążącą moc prawną mają wyłącznie postanowienia niniejszego Regulaminu.
