Ingredients: Magnesium salts of citric acid, capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), zinc gluconate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), bulking agent (E460(i)), vitamin K (menaquinone-7).

Recommended daily intake: Take 2 capsules daily with water.
