so good!® Omega 3-6-9. Food supplement. Product in capsule form containing flaxseed oil, intended for adults. ¹Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA).

Ingredients:  flaxseed oil (51,5% alpha-linolenic acid, 16% linoleic acid, 21,1% oleic acid), capsule shell [gelatin, humectant (glycerol), water].

Recommended daily intake: take two capsules daily: one in the morning and one in the evening, with water.

Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
