Ingredients: plant extract complex [red clover extract (Trifolium pratense L.; 8% isoflavones), fenugreek seeds extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), fennel seeds extract (Foeniculum vulgare), common hop cones extract (Humulus lupulus), epilobium parviflorum bark extract (Epilobium parviflorum Schreb.), dioscorea villosa root extract (Dioscorea villosa L.)], gelatin capsule shell, vitamin and mineral complex [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), manganese sulphate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)], anti-caking agents (E551, E470b, E341), maltodextrin.

Recommended daily intake: Take one capsule daily with water.
