BAD ASS® CREA. Food supplement. With sweeteners. Advanced creatine formula with four different forms of creatine. Designed for adults performing high intensity exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients: Creatine matrix (creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate, magnesium creatine chelate, creatine hydrochloride), acidity regulator (citric acid), red beet juice concentrate^2,3, flavourings^{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11}, flavouring¹⁰, anti-caking agent (E551), red beet juice concentrate^5,6,7,8,9, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colour/s [(E160a)^1,2,4,5,8, (E104)¹, (E163)^3,10,11, (E132)⁹]. E104: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5,7 g) with 150 ml of water, drink before training.
